SLIDE TIME JUMPERS

RENTAL AGREEMENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

This Rental Agreement is entered into between Slide Time Jumpers and the individual identified below (“Customer”)

By signing this Agreement, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, responsibilities, and safety requirements contained herein.

2. RENTAL PERIOD & POSSESSION

The rental period begins when the equipment is delivered or otherwise placed into the Customer’s possession and ends when the equipment has been picked up by Slide Time Jumpers or otherwise returned to the Company.

The Customer is responsible for the equipment throughout the entire rental period, including periods when the equipment is not actively being used.

The Customer may not move, relocate, lend, sublease, sell, modify, alter, or allow another person or business to take possession of the rented equipment without prior authorization from Slide Time Jumpers.

Any extension of the rental period must be approved by Slide Time Jumpers in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

3. DELIVERY, SETUP & ACCESS

The Customer authorizes Slide Time Jumpers and its employees, contractors, or delivery personnel to enter the property identified in the rental order for the purpose of delivering, setting up, inspecting, servicing, and retrieving the rental equipment.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and setup area is reasonably accessible, safe, and free of obstacles, debris, animal waste, excessive mud, standing water, sharp objects, low-hanging branches, overhead hazards, and other conditions that could interfere with safe installation or removal.

Slide Time Jumpers may refuse or modify setup if, in its reasonable judgment, the proposed location is unsafe or unsuitable for the equipment.

The Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission from the property owner, homeowner association, venue, or other responsible party.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer assumes responsibility for the equipment from the time it is delivered or placed into the Customer’s possession until it is retrieved by Slide Time Jumpers.

The Customer may not attempt repairs, modifications, alterations, or adjustments to the equipment unless specifically instructed by Slide Time Jumpers.

5. SAFETY & SUPERVISION

The Customer understands that inflatable amusement equipment and other rental equipment can present inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, collisions, impacts, entrapment, improper use, equipment malfunction, weather-related hazards, and injuries resulting from the actions of users or other individuals.

The Customer agrees that the equipment will be supervised by a responsible adult whenever required by the equipment's operating instructions.

Supervisors must remain attentive to the users and must enforce all posted and provided safety rules.

The Customer understands that Slide Time Jumpers does not provide continuous supervision of the equipment unless a separate supervision or attendant service has been expressly purchased.

6. PROHIBITED USE

Unless specifically authorized for a particular rental item, the following are prohibited:

  1. Roughhousing, wrestling, fighting, tackling, or intentional collisions.

  2. Flips, somersaults, diving, or other dangerous maneuvers.

  3. Climbing on walls, nets, roofs, towers, or other areas not intended for climbing.

  4. Hanging from or pulling on safety netting, anchor points, straps, or other components.

  5. Jumping from elevated areas or platforms.

  6. Use by individuals who should not participate due to medical, physical, or other conditions that could increase their risk of injury.

  7. Use of sharp objects, toys, shoes, jewelry, or other items that could damage the equipment or cause injury.

  8. Food, beverages, gum, silly string, confetti, paint, markers, or other substances that could stain or damage the equipment unless specifically permitted.

  9. Pets or animals on or inside the equipment unless specifically authorized.

  10. Moving or repositioning the equipment after setup.

  11. Exceeding the manufacturer's posted weight, height, rider, or capacity limits.

  12. Combining users of significantly different sizes when doing so creates an unsafe condition.

  13. Using the equipment during unsafe weather or environmental conditions.

  14. Using water on equipment that is not specifically designed for wet use.

  15. Any activity inconsistent with the manufacturer's instructions or Slide Time Jumpers' safety requirements.

7. WEATHER & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

The Customer understands that weather and environmental conditions can affect the safe operation of rental equipment.

The equipment must not be used during unsafe conditions, including severe storms, lightning, or winds exceeding the limits specified by the equipment manufacturer or Slide Time Jumpers.

If unsafe weather develops while the equipment is in use, the Customer must immediately stop use and remove all participants from the equipment.

The Customer must follow Slide Time Jumpers' instructions regarding deflation, shutdown, evacuation, or other weather-related procedures.

Slide Time Jumpers reserves the right to cancel, postpone, delay, modify, or terminate a rental when weather or site conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.

8. ELECTRICAL & POWER REQUIREMENTS

Where electrical power is required, the Customer is responsible for providing suitable electrical service and properly functioning outlets unless power equipment has been specifically provided by Slide Time Jumpers.

Extension cords, generators, electrical connections, and other power sources must be used only as permitted by Slide Time Jumpers and the equipment manufacturer.

Blowers, electrical equipment, and power connections must be kept away from water and other hazards.

The Customer must not disconnect, cover, obstruct, relocate, or otherwise interfere with equipment blowers or electrical components.

9. WATER EQUIPMENT

For water slides, wet/dry combos, splash equipment, or other equipment specifically designed for water use, the Customer agrees to follow all water-use instructions provided by Slide Time Jumpers.

Water equipment must only be used with clean water and under appropriate supervision.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that water does not create an unsafe condition around electrical equipment, walkways, structures, or other property.

Water equipment must not be used in freezing conditions or other conditions prohibited by Slide Time Jumpers or the equipment manufacturer.

10. EQUIPMENT DAMAGE & CLEANING

The Customer agrees to return the equipment in substantially the same condition in which it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

The Customer may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with:

The Customer authorizes Slide Time Jumpers to assess reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning, or loss charges when supported by the condition of the equipment.

11. PROPERTY DAMAGE & SITE CONDITIONS

The Customer is responsible for identifying and disclosing underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, irrigation systems, fragile landscaping, private property restrictions, and other site-specific conditions that could affect setup or anchoring.

Slide Time Jumpers will take reasonable precautions during setup and removal; however, the Customer acknowledges that certain setup locations may involve unavoidable risks to grass, landscaping, flooring, driveways, or other property.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the setup location and to obtain any necessary property-owner authorization.

12. INHERENT RISKS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Customer understands that participation in activities involving inflatable and amusement equipment involves inherent and other risks.

These risks may include, without limitation, falls, slips, trips, collisions, impacts, improper use, equipment movement, equipment malfunction, weather-related hazards, and injuries arising from the conduct of participants or other persons.

The Customer voluntarily assumes the risks associated with the rental and use of the equipment to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The Customer further agrees to inform guests, participants, invitees, and other persons using the equipment of the applicable safety requirements and to take reasonable steps to prevent unsafe use.

13. RELEASE & WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer releases and agrees to hold harmless Slide Time Jumpers and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from the Customer's or participants' use of the rental equipment, including claims relating to bodily injury, property damage, or other loss, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.

This provision is intended to apply only to the extent legally enforceable in the jurisdiction governing this Agreement.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Slide Time Jumpers, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. ACCIDENTS & EMERGENCIES

Any accident, injury, equipment failure, or other emergency involving the rental equipment must be reported to Slide Time Jumpers as soon as reasonably possible.

In an emergency, the Customer should first contact the appropriate emergency services.

If the equipment becomes damaged or begins operating abnormally, all users must immediately exit the equipment and the equipment must remain out of service until Slide Time Jumpers provides further instructions.

16. COMPANY'S RIGHT TO TERMINATE USE

Slide Time Jumpers may require the immediate cessation of equipment use when:

If use is terminated because of unsafe or prohibited conduct by the Customer or participants, the Customer may remain responsible for the rental charges and any resulting damage or loss, subject to applicable law and the Company's published cancellation/refund policies.

17. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & WEATHER

Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the cancellation, refund, and weather policies published by Slide Time Jumpers at the time of booking.

Weather-related decisions may be made by Slide Time Jumpers based on forecast conditions, actual conditions, manufacturer requirements, and reasonable safety considerations.

A weather-related cancellation or rescheduling does not automatically create a refund unless provided for under the Company's applicable policy.

18. PAYMENT & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

The Customer agrees to pay all rental charges, applicable taxes, delivery fees, service fees, deposits, and other charges associated with the reservation.

Any additional charges resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, extended rental periods, or other Customer responsibility may be billed separately in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

19. ACCESS FOR PICKUP

The Customer agrees to maintain reasonable access to the equipment for pickup.

The Customer must ensure that pets are secured, gates are unlocked when necessary, vehicles and other obstacles are removed, and the equipment remains accessible at the agreed pickup time.

If Slide Time Jumpers is unable to retrieve the equipment because of conditions within the Customer's control, additional pickup or service charges may apply.

20. NO TRANSFER OF RENTAL

The rental is personal to the Customer and may not be transferred to another person, location, event, or property without prior approval from Slide Time Jumpers.

The equipment may only be used at the location specified in the rental agreement unless Slide Time Jumpers provides written authorization for another location.

21. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Slide Time Jumpers operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the applicable state and county, unless otherwise required by law.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with the Customer's rental order, applicable safety instructions, and any written policies incorporated into the rental transaction, constitutes the agreement between the Customer and Slide Time Jumpers concerning the rental.

Any modification or exception must be approved by Slide Time Jumpers.

The Customer acknowledges that they have had sufficient opportunity to read this Agreement, ask questions, and understand its terms before signing.

SAFETY RULES & OPERATING REQUIREMENTS

The following rules apply to all Slide Time Jumpers inflatable and amusement equipment unless specific instructions for a particular rental item state otherwise.

GENERAL SAFETY

  1. A responsible adult must supervise the equipment whenever it is in use.

  2. Users must follow all posted instructions and rules.

  3. Remove shoes before entering inflatable equipment.

  4. Remove glasses, jewelry, sharp objects, and other items that could cause injury or damage.

  5. No food, drinks, gum, candy, or other consumable products are permitted inside inflatable equipment.

  6. No silly string, confetti, streamers, paint, markers, or substances that can stain or damage the equipment.

  7. No roughhousing, wrestling, fighting, tackling, or intentional collisions.

  8. No flips, somersaults, diving, or dangerous stunts.

  9. Do not climb, hang, or pull on walls, nets, towers, roofs, anchor points, or other components.

  10. Do not jump onto or over entrance ramps, safety platforms, or other areas not designed for jumping.

  11. Users must maintain reasonable space between one another.

  12. Do not exceed the manufacturer's posted rider capacity, weight limit, or height requirements.

  13. Users of substantially different sizes should not use the equipment together when doing so creates an unsafe condition.

  14. Persons with medical or physical conditions that could make participation unsafe should not use the equipment.

  15. Do not allow pets or animals inside the equipment unless specifically authorized.

EQUIPMENT PROTECTION

  1. Do not move, drag, rotate, or reposition the equipment.

  2. Do not allow the equipment to rub against fences, buildings, trees, vehicles, or other objects.

  3. Keep sharp objects away from the equipment.

  4. Do not disconnect, obstruct, cover, or interfere with blowers or electrical equipment.

  5. Do not attempt to repair or modify the equipment.

  6. Keep unauthorized persons away from blowers, electrical connections, anchors, and other equipment components.

WEATHER

  1. Stop using the equipment immediately when severe weather approaches.

  2. Users must exit the equipment during lightning, severe storms, unsafe winds, or other hazardous conditions.

  3. Follow Slide Time Jumpers' instructions regarding deflation or shutdown.

  4. Never use the equipment when weather conditions exceed the limits specified by Slide Time Jumpers or the equipment manufacturer.

WATER EQUIPMENT

  1. Only use water on equipment specifically designed for wet use.

  2. Follow all instructions regarding water flow, pool depth, and rider requirements.

  3. Keep electrical equipment and electrical connections away from water.

  4. Do not use water equipment during conditions that make the surface or surrounding area unsafe.

  5. Drain or secure water features as instructed by Slide Time Jumpers.

IF THE EQUIPMENT LOSES AIR

  1. Immediately have everyone exit the equipment.

  2. Do not permit anyone to re-enter until the problem has been identified and corrected.

  3. Check whether the blower has lost power.

  4. Check whether the electrical connection or circuit breaker has been interrupted.

  5. Check for obvious air-tube or blower connection issues only if instructed to do so by Slide Time Jumpers.

  6. Do not attempt repairs beyond the instructions provided by Slide Time Jumpers.

  7. Contact Slide Time Jumpers if the problem cannot be safely corrected.
